What is your lead time ? (Lead Time Examples)
3-5 working days for most products (business cards, letterheads, pads, banners)
4-6 working days for large signs, booklets, folders, stickers
5-7 working days for spot uv products, ncr/carbonless pads
7-10 working days for hot foil, special finish items
Where possible if you require for a certain event in a specific time frame please call us and we will endeavour to meet your needs.
How can we make payment? Bank Transfer, Card, Cash(in person only), PayPal
Do you send under plain packaging for trade orders? Yes - nothing will have GPD on it.
What artwork files can we send? Print Ready PDF, Adobe Files, Corel Draw, Quark, Serif, Microsoft - if your file is not correct we will discuss with you and convert, no hassle, no huge fees.
Can we get a price deal? All of the prices are kept as low as possible but if you are buying multiple items of significant value, please ask.
Do I get trade or charity discount? The trade and charity receive 15% discount. Code to be applied at the cart stage. Contact us for more information. You must be a print buyer or a registered charity.
What happens if you get it wrong? We won't quibble, we will correct it and then work in-house on ensuring the same error does not occur again. No company is perfect but we will certainly impress you with how we put things right.
